✏️ about me.
storyteller. creative problem solver. empathy-led designer.
Hi, I'm Madison! I'm a Product/Service Designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Design Computing from the University of Sydney.
my experience
With a background in corporate, startup, and design consulting environments, I've worked directly on service design projects with clients across the health, energy, banking, and government sectors. My diverse experience has sharpened my ability to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
my design philosophy
My approach balances creativity with practicality, simplifying complex systems and incorporating unique value into every design.
I am driven by a strong desire to simplify life through design and solving the true ‘why’ behind a problem.
my values.
🤝 human-centered approach
Empathy and kindness guides my efforts. I make a genuine effort to see things from others' perspectives by putting myself in their shoes. Understanding that everyone comes from different walks of life with unique struggles and experiences allows me to connect with more deeply with others.
📚 lifelong learning
I am dedicated to continuously improving, valuing setbacks as much as achievements in driving personal and professional development. Whether it's through participating in designathons or contributing to design events, I seek out new challenges to expand my knowledge and skills.
🤔 always curious
My curiosity fuels my pursuit of designing, developing and delivering meaningful experiences. With an open mind and a positive attitude, I let my curiosity guide me. I’m not afraid to ask the tough questions, and always remain open to being challenged and working with ambiguity.
🌱 embrace the process
I embrace challenges and learning curves as essential parts of the journey. I believe the journey is more important than the destination, so I enjoy each step, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and innovation.

Chris LeMarchant - Westpac Group Product Manager
Awarded GEM Leading Change Award*
“Great work Madison on identifying a competitor gap with the Worldwide Wallet, and one of its proofpoints with the flight delay pass. Research has shown how much a delight this feature is, and you have helped understand where we can improve in taking this to market.
On the back of this we have also discussed with MasterCard on how they can improve their website and also challenged them why our offer was not as good as a competitor. This is a great example of what never giving up on delivering a great customer experience.”
